FOR WHAT:
Often, there are situations when after engine tune up or changing gear ratio, engine working zone is shifted that leads to deterioration of dynamics.

Also, after the installing custom engine ecu, require a separate control unit for the automatic transmission.

Not rare situation when you want to squeeze the "maximum" out of the box, and reduce the time of switching, whether the way a hydraulic modifications or modifications to the control unit.

RATCU - a product-analog of the well-known ATECU.

RATCU completely replacing the factory automatic control, is able to manage:
  • gear shift up to the 6-speed automatic transmission
  • controlled torque converter lock (partial or complete)
  • control AT line pressure
  • control the pressure in the transfer case AWD AT
The electronic unit controls the operation of the automatic transmission in several modes:
  • standard mode automatic switching 'DRIVE'
    (In this mode available 'POWER', 'SNOW', 'ACTIVE KICKDOWN')
  • manual shift mode 'MANUAL' (TIPTRONIC)
  • semi-automatic mode 'RACE'

  • Shifting the gears depending on the map: speed \ throttle
  • 'POWER' mode allows to maintain the engine in a "running" rpm
  • Manual shift mode with configurable limits
  • 'SNOW' mode for starting from the 2nd transfer
  • Control parameters KICKDOWN, desired speed and rpm
  • Function ACTIVE KICKDOWN responsive to the dynamic pressing the pedal
  • Torque converter lock on the cards according to the map: speed \ throttle
  • Partial lock the torque converter for transients
  • Solenoids pressure management in a straight line depending on the throttle
  • Control solenoid adjustment transfer gearbox (AWD)
  • Speed signal output (repeater, divider)
  • AT radiator fan control
